What are the financial requirements to become a Method X Fitness Partner?
We are looking for individuals with at least $250k in liquid assets and a net worth of $300k or greater.
What is the initial investment?
The initial investment usually ranges from $200.000 to $400,000, depending on the size and location chosen for the Studio. This includes $25,000 license fee.
What are the royalties and marketing fees?
Method X Fitness’ royalty fee is 6% of gross sales. The national marketing fee is 1% of gross sales but partners are expected to also spend on local marketing.
How big should be the Studio?
A minimum of 2,500 Square Feet is required for your Studio.
